The first glass has been installed at the 20 story CitizenM Hotel in Brickell as construction reaches the 10th floor.
The site was cleared in August 2019 and started going vertical November 2019.
The hotel will have 252 rooms.

The under construction CitizenM Hotel Brickell at the former Perricone’s Restaurant site, which was demolished in April of this year, has received a $48 million construction loan, according to The Real Deal.
The 20 story hotel will have 252 rooms.
The site was purchased for 16.2 million in October 2017.

The 20 story CitizenM Hotel Brickell had a crane installed on site this week as hotel is ready to go vertical.
The site and trees were cleared from the property in August and foundation work began last month.

Demolition of the Perricone’s Restaurant began in April of this year and the trees were removed in August.
The CitizenM Hotel will have 252 rooms.

Five trees have been removed from the former Perricone’s Restauarant site, which was demolished in April of this year to make way for a new 20 story CitizenM Hotel Brickell.
An appeal was filed in July to try and save the trees, but did not come to fruition.
Construction will begin soon on the hotel which will have 252 rooms.

Demolition has started today at the Perricone's Restaurant in Brickell, which closed on February 15 of this year.
The 10,925 square foot site was sold for $16 million in October 2017. A 20 story CitizenM Hotel with 252 rooms will soon start construction after demolition is completed.
